Oakmont Memorial Park in Lafayette is the largest cemetary grounds in Lafayette I’m pretty sure. It’s atop the Lafayette hills and overlooks Pleasant Hill with other great Bay Area views. They have different chapels on the grounds. We performed in the Inspiration Chapel.
The chapel can be seen from the town of Lafayette and looks deceivingly far away. Below the chapel pic is a wonderful view. One can tell the time of year but the mist in the air. Looks like autumn at leas with the leaf colors but actually it’s just a couple weeks before Christmas.

This turkey is just one of a very large extended family it seems. What a haven for wild turkeys! I’d say this one is enjoying his stroll on the grassy turf.
