Here’s a little group of some of my string students I put together to have a go at Mozart’s Eine Kleine Nacht Musik in my backyard. They did pretty well and we’ll perfect it for their student recital in the Spring. There’s actually a huge pond behind the performers and so we have fun music with the sound of the waterfall in the background. It’s a good learning experience to listen to others. That’s a whole other skill- to not have a conductor in a group situation. Not everyone does well in such a setting. Best to get them young!
